I Need Help with Troubleshooting Software Issue

Hello there,

I am reaching out because I have encountered an issue with my software setup, and I am hoping someone here can help me out. I have been using for a while; and recently; I started experiencing some unexpected behavior. The application freezes intermittently;

I have Restarted my computer several times. Updated the software to the latest version. Checked for system updates. and also Cleared cache and reinstalled the software.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists; and I am unsure where the problem lies. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I would appreciate any guidance on what steps I could take next to fix the problem.

Also, if there are any specific log files or diagnostic tools I should check to help identify the root cause; that would be really helpful.

actually I am a bit confused by your posts. Now you are writing in English after your first post was in German.

In both post you mentioned a topic that has nothing to do with your current question hand you are hiding a second link behind the link to the topic:
